III Mexico Arbitration week 2025

From May 26 to 29, Mexico City

Mexico Arbitration Week (“MAW”) is an academic event held since 2023, an initiative led by the Centro de Arbitraje de México (CAM), bringing together distinguished national and international arbitration experts. The event aims to position Mexico as a pro-arbitration hub and a preferred seat for arbitration proceedings.

The event features prominent arbitrators, practitioners, and thought leaders from the national and international arbitration community, who will participate in high-level panels to address the most pressing and relevant topics in contemporary arbitration practice.

PANEL 1

We begin the third edition of Mexico Arbitration Week with a key topic in current arbitration practice:
Disruption of Supply Chains and its Impact on Arbitration
Leading voices from the legal and business sectors will analyze how global logistical challenges are reshaping commercial disputes and their resolution through arbitration.

 

PANEL 2

The Effect of Inflation on Infrastructure Projects“, a critical panel addressing the impact of inflation on the execution, costs, and dispute resolution in large-scale infrastructure projects—from a technical, economic, and legal perspective.
