Participation of Palomino Abogados in the International Panel on Cross-Border Insolvency (UIA)

We are proud that partners Luis Fernando Palomino Bernal y Oscar Palomino participated as speakers on the panel “International Coordination in Cross-Border Insolvency Cases: Global Reforms; Challenges for States and Practicing Lawyers”, during the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) Congress.

It was an important opportunity to reflect on international legal reforms and the challenges faced by the global legal practice in scenarios involving cross-border insolvency.
