El pasado 1 y 2 de junio se llevó a cabo el “Congress of the Ibero-American Institute of Law and Finance” etook place, where Mr. Luis Palomino participated in the PANEL OF INSOLVENCY LAW with the topic CHALLENGES OF MEXICAN INSOLVENCY LAW. On the other hand, Mr. Miguel Hernández as moderator in the topic INSOLVENCY AND ARBITRATION.
As in previous years, the Institute’s Annual Congress will aim to discuss the main scientific and regulatory developments that are taking place at the regional and international level in the areas of corporate law, insolvency law, financial regulation, securities markets and fintech, with particular emphasis on reforms and proposals to improve the regulatory environment for companies and financial markets in the Ibero-American community.
